How does chat work in Kibi Connect?
Chat in Kibi Connect enables 1:1 and group conversations in real time. You can send text messages, images, documents and voice messages. All messages are transmitted securely and stored on German servers in a GDPR-compliant setup.
Can files and photos be shared in the app?
Yes. Kibi Connect includes full file management. You can upload documents, photos, PDFs and other files, organise them in folders and share them with individuals or groups.
Are video calls and voice calls supported?
Yes. Kibi Connect supports 1:1 and group video calls as well as voice calls directly in the app. Communication runs through infrastructure hosted in Germany.
How does time tracking work?
Time tracking is available as an extendable module in Kibi Connect. Employees can clock in and out directly in the app, and the data can be exported for payroll processes.
Are office applications available directly in Kibi Connect?
Yes. Kibi Connect can be extended with office applications for documents, spreadsheets, presentations and whiteboards so teams can keep working in one central environment.
Can tasks be delegated to other employees?
Yes. With task management you can create tasks, assign them to one or multiple employees, set deadlines and track progress. Checklists, priorities and comments support daily coordination.
How does the wiki work?
