Is the app GDPR compliant?
Yes. Kibi Connect is fully GDPR compliant. All data is stored and processed exclusively on servers in Germany. There is no data transfer to third countries, and we provide a data processing agreement plus detailed technical and organisational measures.
How quickly can Kibi Connect be introduced?
Implementation is possible within a few days. After registration, you can invite employees and get started immediately. For larger rollouts, we support you with personal onboarding and help configure the platform for your organisation.
Does the app work offline?
Kibi Connect is primarily designed for online use, but includes caching so already loaded content remains available when connectivity is weak. Messages and changes are synchronised automatically once the connection returns.
Which devices are supported?
Kibi Connect is available as a native app for iOS and Android. In addition, there is a web app that runs in any modern desktop browser, so employees can use it on smartphones, tablets or computers.
Are integrations with other systems available?
Yes. Kibi Connect provides a REST API and supports webhooks for integration with existing systems. Connections to HR systems, time tracking and other tools are possible.
How is the data secured?
All data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored on encrypted servers in Germany. Regular automatic backups provide additional protection, and the infrastructure is monitored around the clock with firewalls, intrusion detection and DDoS protection.
