Kibi Connect is hosted in Germany. When comparing providers, consider the agreed storage locations, access controls and data processing agreements. A US-based provider does not automatically mean all data is stored in the US. The difference is jurisdiction: a provider headquartered in the US is subject to the US CLOUD Act regardless of where data is stored. Weslink, as a German company, is governed solely by EU law.
