How do I manage my contact details?

In your profile, you store your contact details so that colleagues can reach you quickly. Some of this information also appears in the colleague overview.
How to open your profile
Click on My Account (your initials) at the top right.
Select Profile (your username).
What information you can manage
Personal details

First name / Last name
Your displayed name in Kibi Connect.

Position
Your role or function in the company.
Work information

Phone numbers
Your landline and mobile numbers (business).

Email
Your business email address.
Private information

Personal information
A short text about you ("Some information about you").

Contact information
Private phone and private email address.

Birthday
Your date of birth.

Hire date
Your employment start date.
Edit and save information
Open your profile (see above).
Enter the desired information in the respective fields or adjust it.
Save your changes.
Which fields you can edit yourself depends on your permissions. If you have any questions, contact the person responsible for Kibi Connect in your company.
