The Files feature allows you to store, share, and organize documents centrally, making it easier for everyone on the team to access important information.

Upload files

  1. Go to the "Files" section.

  2. Click "Upload" or use drag & drop.

  3. Select the file(s) you want to upload.

Create folder structure

  1. Click "New Folder" in the Files section.

  2. Enter a name for the folder.

  3. Create additional subfolders as needed to build a logical structure.

Share files

  1. Select the file you want to share.

  2. Click "Share" or the share icon.

  3. Choose who to share the file with:

    • With individual colleagues

    • With a group

    • As a link (with different permission options)

Manage file permissions

  • You can specify who has access to each file or folder.

  • Available permission levels:

    • View: Read-only access

    • Edit: Read and modify the file

    • Manage: Full control, including sharing and deleting

File versions

  • For frequently updated files, you can view and restore previous versions if needed.

  • Click "Show versions" in the file options.
