The Academy supports onboarding courses, compliance training (safety, hygiene, data protection), product training, equipment training and individual development programmes. Each course consists of topics combining text, images, videos and comprehension questions. Content is maintained centrally by HR or subject-matter owners.
How do I keep track of learning progress as a manager?
The Academy admin area shows per employee or team which courses are completed, in progress or overdue. Mandatory training and recurring intervals can be defined so that records stay audit-ready. It replaces Excel lists and handwritten attendance sheets.
Does the Academy work on the smartphone?
Yes. Employees without a PC complete courses directly in the Kibi Connect app — offline as well. Field technicians on site, chefs in the kitchen or shift workers on the production floor do their mandatory training where it fits into their work, not at a separate training PC.
Which mandatory training requirements does the Academy cover?
Typical: occupational safety training, hygiene training (HACCP, Infection Protection Act), data protection training under GDPR, and industry-specific mandatory training (e.g. accident prevention, load securing, hazardous substances). Participation and completion are documented in an audit-safe way.
Do employees receive certificates or proof of attendance?
Yes. After a course is completed, the Academy generates proof with date, course content and completion rate. That record stays documented in the system and can be provided as a PDF during audits or when people change roles.
