The calendar in Kibi Connect helps you manage and plan appointments, tasks, and meetings clearly.

Appointment overview

  • In the appointment overview, you can view, edit, sort, or filter all appointments by various options.

Create appointment

As an employee with corresponding rights:

  1. Go to the menu item "Calendar".

  2. Click on "Create".

  3. Select the time and decide whether the appointment should be all-day or within a specific time frame.

  4. Enter title, location, and a description.

  5. Optionally, you can set the appointment to repeat by adjusting the interval individually.

As an administrator:

  1. Go to "Appointments" in the administration area.

  2. Click the "Create" button.

  3. Enter title, location, and description.

  4. Set date and time.

  5. Under "Advanced Permissions", you can:

    • Release the appointment only for specific groups or users

    • Specify whether the appointment is only visible within the company network

Recurring appointments

  1. Create an appointment as described above.

  2. Enable the "Repeat" option.

  3. Select the interval (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly).

  4. Specify how often or until when the appointment should repeat.

Edit or delete appointments

  1. Click on the appointment you want to edit or delete.

  2. Make your changes or select the delete option.

  3. For recurring appointments, you can choose whether to edit/delete only this one appointment or the entire series.

  • Special occasions (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, daylight saving time)
