Kai can fill out PDF forms with real form fields for you—such as leave requests, checklists, or inspection protocols—and saves the result as a new file in file management.

What Kai can do

• Fill out PDF forms

  Kai enters the details you provide into the form fields of a PDF form and saves the completed document as a new file in file management—optionally directly in a group folder. The empty form remains unchanged.

• Suitable for all types of forms

  Whether it's a leave request, checklist, or inspection protocol—as long as the PDF has real form fields, Kai can fill it out.

How to assign tasks to Kai

Here are a few examples of how you can instruct Kai in your own words:

• “Fill out the leave request for me—September 14th to 18th.”

• “Enter today’s values in the inspection protocol and save it in the Maintenance group.”

If any details are missing, Kai will specifically ask for the open fields.

Kai understands date entries in standard formats (e.g., 14.9.2026), and checkboxes with “yes” / “no”.

Good to know

• The fields in the completed PDF remain editable—corrections can be made directly in the platform’s PDF editor. Upon request, Kai can lock the fields so they can no longer be modified.

• Works with PDF forms that have real form fields (AcroForm). For PDFs without fillable fields or with XFA special forms, Kai will inform you.

• Kai can only use files you have access to and can only save them where you have write permissions.
