How do I log in to Kibi Connect?

To use Kibi Connect, log in with your personal access credentials. You will receive these from the person responsible for Kibi Connect in your company.
How to log in#
Open your company's access URL in your browser.
Enter your username or email address in the Login field.
Enter your password.
Click Log in.

If you have enabled two-factor authentication, enter the confirmation code from your authenticator app after your password.

If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive an email with the subject "Reset password". Use the "Set new password" button to create a new password. The link is valid for 60 minutes. If you did not request the email, you can ignore it – your password will remain unchanged.
Logging in with a company account#
If your company has set up login via a company account, you will see additional buttons on the login page, such as "Sign in with Microsoft". Click on it and log in with the same credentials you use at your workplace. You do not need a separate Kibi Connect password for this.
Logging in via QR code#
Alternatively, you can log in via "Log in with QR code".
