How do I open or download files?

Files can be viewed, downloaded, shared via share links, and linked to other content.
Preview and Download#
Preview: Open a file with a click to view it (e.g., image or PDF).
Download: In the preview, select Download at the top right—or choose the Download option from the file's right-click menu.
Download Entire Folders as ZIP#
Right-click a folder and select Download as ZIP. For large folders, the archive is prepared, and you’ll receive a notification once the download is ready.
Link File to Other Content#
Using Link, you can connect a file to posts, wiki pages, contacts, companies, or groups—useful for using the same file in multiple places without re-uploading it.
Right-click the file and select Link.
At the top, select the area (posts, wiki, contact, company, or group) and search for the desired entry.
Check the entries you want to link the file to and confirm.
You can create multiple links. Existing links are displayed at the top of the dialog and can be removed there.

Alternatively, attach a file directly when editing a post or wiki page (in the "Attachments" section).
