How do I rename or delete files?

You rename and delete files using the file's context menu. Open it with a right-click on the file (on a smartphone or tablet: tap and hold the file for a moment).

Rename a file#

Right-click on the file.

Select Rename.

Enter the new name and confirm.

Delete a file#

You can also delete a single file via the context menu:

Right-click on the file.

Select Delete and confirm.

Delete multiple files at once#

Select the files to delete.

Click Delete selection at the bottom and confirm.

Warnung

You need the appropriate permissions to delete files—if the Delete option is missing, you are not allowed to delete the file. Deleted files go to the Recycle Bin and can be restored from there. Before deleting, check if the file is still linked to any posts or wiki pages.
