How will I be notified about new messages?

Kibi Connect reliably informs you about new messages – in the program and, if desired, on your smartphone.

Notifications

  • In real time

    New messages appear immediately in the open chat and via the notification display.

  • Push on smartphone

    With the app installed, you will also receive push notifications on the go.

Allow the app to send notifications when you first start it so that Kibi Connect can send you push notifications.

Read and unread status

Chats with new messages are highlighted as unread. As soon as you open a chat, it is marked as read.
