Colleagues
The "Colleagues" section allows you to see all employees at a glance and quickly get in touch.
Colleague overview
In the colleague overview, you will find all employees of your company.
You can search for colleagues or apply filters to find specific people.
View colleague profile
Click on a colleague to view their profile with all stored information.
In the profile, you will find contact details, position, department, and further information.
Contacting
From a colleague's profile, you can directly:
Start a chat
Send an email (if an email address is stored)
Call (if a phone number is stored)
Manage your own profile
Click on your profile picture or your name.
Select "Edit profile".
Update your information such as profile picture, contact details, or personal information.
Save your changes.
Add employees (for administrators)
1–20 employees:
Go to the "Colleagues" menu item and then click "Create".
Enter all relevant data:
Basic information (name, position)
Login details (email address, password)
Role assignment
Optional: contact details, notification settings, private information
More than 20 employees:
For a larger number of employees, you can provide a list of data for the initial import, which will then be automatically added to your Kibi Connect account.
Invite employees
Employees on PC:
In the colleague view, click the three dots next to the name.
Click "Copy Magic Link".
Insert this link into an email to the employee.
Employees without PC:
In the colleague view, click the three dots next to the name.
Click "Download Magic Link PDF".
Provide the QR code to the employee.
