Integrations overview
Updated Reading time: 2 min
Under Integrations → Overview, you can see all connections of your platform to other systems at a glance: each integration as a card, with status and a switch to turn it on and off.
How to open the overview#
Open the Administration.
Select Integrations → Overview from the menu.
Warnung
Only system admins can enable and disable integrations. Roles with the "Integrations" permission see the overview in read-only mode.
Structure of a card#
-
Status
"Active", "Off", "Not set up", or "Always available" – some integrations include additional details, such as "2 sources active · Sync: Entra, SCIM".
-
Switch
Turns the integration on or off. Before disabling, the platform shows what will stop and asks for confirmation.
-
Set up or Manage
Leads to the page where you configure the details. Integrations that need to be set up first display "Set up" instead of a switch.
-
Guide
If available, links to the corresponding page in the manual.
Info
The overview only shows integrations available for your platform. Integrations like calendar synchronization are no longer installed via the module store but enabled here.
